In 2010, Marc and Lynne Benioff made a transformative donation to the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) to help fund the construction of the state-of-the-art UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital at Mission Bay, part of a 289-bed integrated hospital complex for children, women and cancer patients.

Since that initial gift, the Salesforce.com Foundation has worked with Marc and Lynne to support the hospital by presenting an annual concert during Dreamforce to help raise much needed funding and visibility for the project.

This year, seven-time Grammy Award-winning trio Lady Antebellum will headline The Concert for UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital on Thursday, September 20th, at Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco. And acclaimed Emmy award-winning comedian Dana Carvey will open the show after a special cocktail reception.

There are some legendary parties every year at Dreamforce, and the annual Concert for UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital is becoming one of them. Trust me, you won’t want to miss the exclusive after party with MC Hammer and a slew of other special guests spinning in San Francisco City Hall.

We hope you can join us for a great evening, and a great cause.

Scheduled to open on February 1, 2015, the 183-bed UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital will set a new world-class standard for patient- and family-centered health care, safety, sustainability and translational medicine.

The UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital is a philanthropic passion of Marc and Lynne Benioff.  What organizations do you feel passionately about?
