She has extensive experience operating across international markets and exposure to multiple industries, sales segments, and buyer personas but her true passion lies in the customer experience.

Alanna joined Salesforce in 2012, and has held various roles within the organisation from Customer Success to Product & Marketing. With a personal dedication to the Salesforce values of equality and our philanthropic 1:1:1 model, Alanna has been instrumental in leading or contributing to various programs such as BizAcademy, Women's Network, and the Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras.
