Stacey Torman is Head of PR and Communications at Salesforce EMEA, and is responsible for all internal and external communications for Europe, Middle East and Africa at the world's #1 CRM provider. Torman also is responsible for corporate communications, messaging, and executive communications in this role, as well as executive coaching and certification.
Torman joined Salesforce from Avaya, a large global telecommunications and contact centre software provider, where she was head of EMEA Communications and also served as Global Head of Communications during her tenure.
Prior to working at Avaya, she ran global communications for Informatica, the business intelligence software company, and Oracle, where she held several international communications roles. She also created and ran the first global media and executive training programme at Bite Communications, and managed the West Coast media training services for Fleishman-Hillard. She began her career at Blanc & Otus Public Relations, now a Hill and Knowlton Company.
Torman earned her bachelor's degree in journalism and history at Indiana University, Bloomington. She previously has served as a judge for PRCA and SABRE, and has won two awards for her PR campaigns from The Homes Group (Best Product PR Campaign) and PRCA (Best Irish PR campaign). She was the recipient of Salesforce's coveted "Great Leader" award in 2015.
