Luca is the EMEA business development manager for Financial Services.
He focuses on creating the initiatives, assets and capabilities to grow Salesforce business in the Financial Services vertical across all EMEA countries.
Luca joined Salesforce from McKinsey and co. where he was a senior engagement manager working in the financial services sector and other industries. During his time at McKinsey he advised clients on a range of topics including strategy, commercial transformations and organizational redesign. Prior to McKinsey Luca worked for IBM, Vodafone and Skype.
In line with his professional history Luca’s passion is the intersection between financial services and technology, a topic that has recently gained significant attention under the name of “Fintech”. Luca has been working both with start-ups innovating in this space as well as established companies re-inventing their business and operational models.
Luca holds and MBA from London Business School and a MSc and BSc in Computer Engineering from the University of Florence.
