EMEA Equality Programs Director, who leads our Diversity & Inclusion strategy across EMEA ensuring we are driving actions across the organization, tracking progress towards company goals and identifying areas of opportunity. My passion is ensuring we move the needle, we make change, and we truly live our values. I'm originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, and lived in London, New York, Cape Town and now Munich, Germany, to name a few. Prior to Salesforce, I worked on projects in Kenya, Senegal, Tanzania, Uganda, and more, focusing on solutions for extreme poverty. In my jobs, and life, I have seen how inequalities arise and it's my constant mission to do what I can to change this.
