I feel honoured to announce that we have been named the #1 Best Workplace in the UK for the second year in a row. We were first recognised by Great Place to Work in 2015 and it’s a great honour to be featured on this prestigious list for six consecutive years alongside so many great companies.

We are intentional about creating workplace culture where our people can grow their careers, see the impact of their work, and feel like they can be their true, authentic selves. Our culture is based on our core values – trust, customer success, innovation, and equality. Our values are at the centre of everything we do, they are our North Star. We don’t just talk about values, we try to live them every day.

It was a proud moment last year, when we were joined by London Mayor Sadiq Khan to open the Ohana Floor in our London Tower. This space isn’t exclusively dedicated to executive offices — it’s available for all. During the day, the floor is open for employees and their guests to enjoy. On weeknights and weekends, non-profits and foundations can host events at no cost. We also marked the opening of this special space by announcing a $1.25 million grant to education and re-skilling in the UK.

Living our values through our actions, and through our relationships with our local communities is at the core of who we are as a business. We empower every one of our employees to make decisions based on our values, to live up to their full potential, and to bring their full, authentic self to work. My job is everything I've always wanted. I get the pleasure of consulting with world-class companies on their customer experience strategies and show them how they can use the technology to support their business goals. In this day and age, we are no longer limited with technology, but with imagination and I get to ideate with the most incredible Chief Experience Officers (CXOs). The most rewarding part is using the experiences you have designed.

Although I feel passionate about all of Salesforce's values, Equality truly resonates with me. I feel lucky to be part of a company committed to creating a diverse workforce and providing a platform for underrepresented groups. Not only within Salesforce but also in the communities we are part of. I am part of the STEM mentoring programme with Ada College, where I can pass on some of my experience to students embarking on the first stages of their career journey.
