Salesforce is a great place to work. It's something Salesforce employees know in their hearts. It's in the tech that just works, the benefits that we share. It is all of our incredible employees whose daily actions make Salesforce such an amazing workplace. But for me, it's in the sense of purpose we have, working together to drive the results that make this a phenomenal business with values and authenticity. 

We are very intentional about creating and maintaining a great workplace and being recognised for that is an incredible honour. That's why I'm proud to say that Salesforce was named as the number one Best Workplace in the UK by Great Place to Work last night and also received a special Laureate award for being on the Best Workplaces list for five consecutive years. We've been well placed in this programme since we started participating in 2015, but being ranked the top company in the country is a unique and special distinction. 

So, thank you, to all of our employees. Thanks for taking our four values: trust, customer success, innovation and equality and making them real in our business. So real that people looking in at us can see that we have something very special here. I know there is still a lot to be done, but being recognised in this way lets me know that we're moving in the right direction. 

I'm proud to be on this journey with you. Did you know that this last fiscal year, as part of our 1:1:1 model our UK team logged 52,000 hours in volunteer time? That's schools supported and under-served kids, teens and young adults raised up with what they need to succeed.  

Together, we have come a long way. But as we go forward there's no time for complacency, and no resting on our laurels. We need to work hard to maintain this honour. Because in the end, it's not about pride in winning awards. It's about working as a team to build a truly world class company, results driven and values-led.
