Dirk Schneider

Dirk is Senior Vice President at Salesforce’s Professional Services. As a General Manager, he runs the Professional Services Sales and Delivery across Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Eastern Europe. In addition to this role, he looks after Pan-European emerging practices which include Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Datorama, Field Services and Revenue Cloud. Prior to this role, he has built the Customer Success organisation in the Central European region. 

Dirk holds an MBA in General Management from ESSEC/Mannheim Business Schools and a Master of Engineering in Electrotechnology from the University of Applied Science Mittweida.
