Vanessa is a Senior Manager, Customer Success, APAC and Japan for Pardot, Salesforce

Vanessa's team ensures Pardot customers achieve their marketing goals with the platform through best practices, strategy, training and technical support of the solution. Vanessa joined Pardot as the first post-sales resource in APAC 3 years ago originally leading implementation and support for customers in the region. Vanessa is passionate about women empowerment programs and an active diversity and equality advocate within Salesforce. Her team of 12 comes from 6 different countries and is 60% female. It rated highest globally on Employee Satisfaction within the Pardot CFL organisation in 2015.

Prior to moving to Australia, Vanessa was a Marketing Manager at B2B Training company in Montreal, Canada. She implemented both Salesforce and Marketing Automation which resulted in a 25% increased in sales the following year, really unleashing the power of aligning sales and marketing.

Vanessa has a Bachelor in Business Administration from UQAM's Business School and a Graduate Certificate in Public Relations Management from McGill University
