Michelle Mountford is an Associate Director at Deloitte Access Economics. She has over five years’ experience in a range of sectors, including the digital economy. She has conducted two studies on digital small businesses for Salesforce, as well as contributing to quantifying various aspects of Australia’s digital economy both for the public sector, and a range of private sector businesses.
