Jenny Shiers is VP of Employee Success for Salesforce UK & Ireland. 

During her tenure, both the UK and Ireland have been named by the prestigious Great Place to Work as Great Workplaces, and Great Places to Work for Women and in Tech.

Jenny is part of the UKI Leadership team and partners with our CEO to develop and execute against the Salesforce people strategy to support our company's growth and to ensure we attract, develop and retain the best talent in the market. 

She is passionate about Equality and nurturing Salesforce's unique culture to ensure all of our employees are able to fulfill their potential.

Before her current role, Jenny led Salesforce's employment law team for EMEA and worked as an employment lawyer in City law firms.
