Last night, Great Place to Work named Salesforce #5 Best Workplace in Ireland – our fifth consecutive year on the list. And again, we have been recognised as one of Ireland’s Best Workplaces for Women for the second year in a row.

This year, we are celebrating the 20th anniversary of Salesforce Ireland. Since the beginning we were just as intentional about our culture as we were about our products and business. With our values – trust, customer success, innovation, and equality – at the centre of everything we do, we’ve built something really special together: A workplace where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work, where colleagues champion each other, and where we go above and beyond for our customers.

This recognition is invaluable feedback and a great validation that we are on the right track. We stay committed to building and maintaining our culture and to listening closely to who’s most important in this process: our people.

Let’s hear directly from our employees what makes Salesforce a great place to work for them

“Salesforce is a place of opportunities! Opportunities only occur when you get out of your comfort zone, when you connect with people, and when you nurture these relationships. Let's be real, this all takes confidence, courageous conversations, and most importantly it takes a company culture of psychological safety. My roles of Manager for the Business Development Associates (BDA) France and VP EMEA for the Salesforce Women's Network give me platforms to acquire some of the best practices and give back to my colleagues, as well as to my community. I am very thankful to be working in such an enriching environment'' Galadrielle, Manager BDA France

“The emphasis on consistent learning makes me feel like every day is a school day. I learn something new daily and I grow consistently and enhance both my personal and professional self. Benefits like the education reimbursement allowed me to graduate as a Life & Business Coach which has certainly helped me in my roles here at Salesforce. I feel like I have learned more here than I did in 4 years of college!” Aishling, Account Executive

“What sets Salesforce apart as a company is that everyone can make an impact. There really is a start-up feeling and culture at Salesforce, allowing lots of opportunity for change, innovation and creativity. Personally, working at Salesforce has allowed me to have a better work-life balance. When I started, my goal was to be more selfish and take time out for me to focus on my wellness and on giving back. I have a fantastic manager who really supports me in this endeavour and encourages me everyday.” Aaron, Employee Success Business Partner Manager
