Today we unveiled our new, state-of-the-art Salesforce Innovation Centre — sitting high on the 37th floor of the Salesforce Tower in London. The Innovation Centre is the latest iteration of Salesforce's commitment to the success of UK businesses as a trusted partner for innovation and transformation.

During the opening celebrations, we were thrilled to have a panel of Trailblazers from three iconic British brands - Aston Martin, Centrica Hive, and The Co-Op Group, alongside Simon Mulcahy, our global CMO. Each speaker shared fascinating insights on the topic of “The Innovation Cycle - Revolving and Evolving Around Customer Experience” - something every business executive must have top of mind right now.

We were also honoured that Margot James, Minister for Digital and the Creative Industries, was with us as we blaze new trails together in technology and modern working practices.

The Innovation Centre is an immersive environment where customers from a broad range of industries will join us to envision their future, and share how Salesforce can help them on their drive towards digital transformation. Each guest comes to Salesforce with a different requested discussion topic whether it's product, culture-specific, or otherwise. Each briefing is custom tailored based on the audience and an internal speaker lineup is curated with our top internal thought leaders to drive conversations.

We were also delighted to welcome some children from the nearby School21 - an organisation we partner closely with to help provide equal opporutinites and develop the next generation of STEM talent. Needless to say, they LOVED LT Smooth!

A look to the future

Next year, the Salesforce Innovation Centre will be complemented by the new Ohana Floor — an exciting hospitality floor with exhibition kitchen, coffee barista bar, social and networking space, and sweeping views of the London skyline. The Ohana Floor will be the ultimate gathering space for employees and customers to foster collaboration, but will be also be available to nonprofits on weeknights and weekends to host their own community events.

The Innovation Centre opening in London is hot on the heels of the launch in San Francisco, with further centres planned around the globe. The journey continues!
