09:45 - Make your way to the Keynote Room for an inspiring showcase of innovation hosted by Salesforce's CMO Simon Mulcahy and his special guests. Not to be missed!

12:30 - The first time I heard Dr. Vivienne Ming speak, I was buzzing for days, so don't miss the world-renowned theoretical neuroscientist, technologist and entrepreneur discuss how companies and society can maximize long-term human potential wth diversity and inclusiveness. This will be a fascinating session and it is taking place in Capital Suite 11

13:30 - Head over across the hall to Capital Suite 10 for the Deloitte Digital session on the Digital Bank Powered by Salesforce. Digital has fundamentally changed customers’ expectations and financial services institutions need to reimagine their customer relationships and find new ways to create value. At this session, Deloitte discusses digital ideas that could work for your projects.

14:30 - Join our team of experts in Auditorium 3 for the main Financial Services session focused on AI and how it can enable financial services firms to compete using intelligence-driven strategies to power customer and employee experiences. Hear the transformational stories of AXA Business Insurance and Funding Options as they take the stage together with Rohit Mahna, SVP for Financial Services at Salesforce.

For the rest of the afternoon, we are changing pace and focusing on two very specific topics presented in the **Outpost Theatre**.

15:30 - Join this session to learn more about how to Respond to MiFID Requirements with Deloitte and Salesforce, and more specifically how Salesforce can be used to meet MiFID II regulatory requirements quickly and in a cost effective way. See how Salesforce capabilities including multi-channel client interaction and data capture, rules and reports can be used as part of a MiFID II response and what are the key areas that should be considered as part of your MiFID II response.
