I am honoured to share that Salesforce has been named one of the Dun’s 100 Best High-Tech Companies To Work For in Israel. Recognition like this is great feedback that we are on the right track, especially in a challenging year like this. We have faced an unprecedented health crisis and shifted our entire workforce to work from home while continuing to innovate and deliver great products and experiences to our customers and partners.

What is more, we stay connected and close to each other even if we are physically distanced. This would not be possible without our strong workplace culture and our employees who show up every day at their best. For me, this is what makes Salesforce a great company to work for.

Living Our Unique Salesforce Culture

Over the past years, we were growing incredibly fast in Israel. Still, we were able to maintain our unique workplace culture. When Salesforce was founded by Marc Benioff and Parker Harris, they were as intentional about the company culture as they were about the business. Central to our culture are our four core values: Trust, Customer Success, Innovation, and Equality. Those values guide our decisions and come to live in everything we do. This is what makes us stand out as an employer. This is why we are different!

Giving Back To The Community

We believe that our employees want to feel a sense of purpose beyond profit. That’s why we created the 1-1-1 model where we donate 1% of our equity, our employee time, and our product back into the communities. We also encourage our employees to give back through our volunteer time off (VTO) and donation matching programs.

All Salesforce employees are given seven days of paid time off per year to volunteer. Employees are also given access to a generous matching policy of up to $5,000 every year. Last fiscal year, our employees in Israel spent more than 5,900 hours volunteering and donated $15,600 USD through employee-inspired giving funds.

Prioritising Wellbeing

At Salesforce, we believe that we can give our best in our professional life if we take care of ourselves and our personal life first. We enable our employees to prioritise their physical and mental wellness and offer benefits and wellbeing programs to support them on their journey. This is crucial, especially in times like these. We managed to stay close and engaged while keeping a safe distance by having virtual sports classes, meditation sessions, activities for kids and parents, and fun happy hours.

It All Comes Down To Our Talent

Israel has become one of the most strategic hubs for Salesforce, leading digital transformation across companies of all sizes, and driving next-generation technology investments and acquisitions. I believe that our success as a company comes down to our most valuable asset: our incredibly talented employees.

They show up every day, enthusiastic to innovate and ready to go above and beyond for our customers, our partners, and for each other. Together, we make Salesforce the global leader in customer relationship management and a great company to work for.

Let’s hear from our employees what makes Salesforce Israel a great company to work for:

For me, it’s important to be heard, to share my opinions, and to impact others and I find that at Salesforce. I also appreciate working with so many smart people – like a student I can listen and learn from them.”

Marom, Techforce Analyst Senior

Giving back and volunteering is very important to me and receiving so much support from Salesforce to help others is amazing. I am proud to be in a position where I can use my skills and my experience to help and have a positive impact on my community.”

Jonathan, Senior Program Architect

It's great to be part of a company that is innovative and uses cutting edge technology. My colleagues and I are always evolving, getting familiar with new technologies, frameworks, and coding languages. Salesforce offers room to grow, learn, and develop your career.”
