Annie Parker is CEO of Lighthouse, a new startup precinct in the heart of Barangaroo.

Lighthouse will provide an extraordinary starting point for anyone wanting to learn how to become a founder, with a bold mission to help make Sydney a world leading startup ecosystem. Originally Annie came to Australia to co-found muru-D – Telstra’s startup accelerator, which now has programmes across Australia and SEA. Annie is Chairman of Code Club Australia, a charity helping to teach primary school kids code through after school clubs. This network of clubs is now stands at 1500 with over 50,000 kids having been educated for free.

Annie is also Chair of Mahuki, Te Papa’s Innovation hub in Wellington, NZ, helping to develop ideas into world-leading digital experiences for the cultural sector.
