We are thrilled to announce an incredible leader is joining our team: Pip Marlow as CEO, Salesforce Australia and New Zealand.

In this new role, Marlow will be responsible for driving our growth and vision for Australia and New Zealand and will continue our mission of helping our customers get closer to their customers.

A highly respected local business leader, Marlow was most recently CEO, Customer Marketplace at Suncorp Group. She had previously led Microsoft through periods of unprecedented growth in Australia in a 20-year tenure that included six years as Managing Director. 

Marlow brings with her a unique combination of industry experience, a strong focus on customer success and a deep commitment to our values.

Pip is also non-executive director of the Australian Rugby Union, sits on the Vice-Chancellor's Advisory Board at the University of Technology Sydney, is a member of Chief Executive Women, and is an Executive Ally for Pride Diversity.
