Today, we are proud to announce that Salesforce has been voted the #1 Best Place to Work in Singapore! Receiving this honour is such a strong testament to our amazing employees and the work we do every day to live our core values of wellness, customer success, innovation, giving back, winning as a team, and having fun. I’d like to share with you a few of the reasons why Salesforce is a great place to work:

First, our company culture. Salesforce is built around the concept of “Ohana,” which means “family" in Hawaiian. Ohana represents the idea that families – blood-related, adopted, or intentional – are bound together, and that family members are responsible for one another. The Salesforce Ohana is our close-knit ecosystem of employees, customers, partners, and communities. We take care of each other, have fun together, and work collaboratively to achieve our goals.

Giving back is part of our company DNA, and is another reason why Salesforce stands out as an employer. Through the Salesforce Foundation, we donate 1% of our equity, 1% of our employees’ time, and 1% of our product back to the community. In Singapore, we work with amazing non-profits like Halogen Foundation, Touch Seniors and Foodbank Singapore. The result is a workforce that pulls together across roles and regions to drive our company forward.
