In fact, Gumtree’s Automotive business achieved rapid growth from zero customers to one thousand in its first 12 months - 2.5x the growth they planned for.   • The Salesforce Sales Cloud enables Business Development Managers to have constant access to up-to-the-minute customer data in Salesforce, even on their mobiles, so they can close conversations on the spot instead of carrying them back to the office.
  • No two dealers are the same. The Salesforce Marketing Cloud deepens dealer relationships, giving Gumtree the ability to deliver personalised content and meaningful communications to each one. More importantly, it brings the responses back into Salesforce for analysis.
  • The Salesforce Service Cloud is the hub for all client queries. Recording and accessing all the same customer information as the sales organization in one place means there are no speed bumps between pre-and post contract conversations – they just pick up right where they left off.
