The Phillips service technician uses the Google Glass and Service Cloud to solve the issue with the Ultrasound system.
Linda Crawford, who heads up the Sales Cloud, shows Salesforce1 running on an Android powered Sony Smartphone, this is to show how sales reps can have access to everything they need on the go on a connected device.
Scott McCorkle from ExactTarget Marketing Cloud shows an impressive example of how Sony can use geofencing to send push notifications to gamers depending on where they are. In this example a Playstation 4 gamer is sent a notification to interact with the advertising in the bus shelter creating a truly personal engagement.
Meg Whitman, President and CEO of HP and Marc announces Superpod. This will use a dedicated instance of Salesforce.com’s multi-tenant cloud running on HP’s Converged infrastructure.
