With the Service Cloud Keynote happening in Melbourne this Wednesday and Sydney this Thursday, it’s all hands on deck as we get ready for the big events. So far, the response had been overwhelming and we’re looking forward to see packed rooms filled with enquiring minds looking for the best practices in customer service.

To help you get the most out of your time at our Keynote, here are six simple tips:

1.  Bring your e-ticket. Whether you print it out or show it on your smartphone at the door, you’ll be rewarded with a quick check in line.

2. Check in early. The registration desk is open between 8:00 and 9:00 AM. We are expecting a large turnout, so please turn up on time. Collect your lanyard, and grab your complimentary espresso coffee courtesy of our sponsorship partner Bluewolf.

3. Leave your car. Both venues are easily accessible with public transport. If you are driving, please see our parking suggestions below.

For Melbourne - Park in the Crown multi-storey car park. We will have a validation machine at the registration desk so you can receive the functions rate.

For Sydney - There is a car park at the Westin. Entry is on Pitt Street, on the same side as the Porte Cochere. Note we do not have parking validation for this parking station.

4. Visit our mobile Social Media Command Centre and see how your organisation can engage with your customers. Don’t forget to use our #ANZservicecloud when you are tweeting your experience at the Keynote.

5. Visit our demonstration pods for a hands on demo and see what the Service Cloud can do for your organisation.
