A month on from Cloudforce Sydney it only seems like yesterday. So it follows that the 67 days to Dreamforce will fly by and so you better book your tickets... like right now! (Follow this link for the APAC-discounted tickets).
Dreamforce is always a mind-blowing experience, and this new infographic on Pinterest shows the history of this extraordinary event that 10 years on is unsurpaassed in the industry. But previewing this year it's really hard to know where to begin! Is it The Red Hot Chili Peppers, General Colin Powell, Virgin's Richard Branson or author Tony Robbins?
Alongside all of that talent we've also got the CEOs of General Electric and Burberry - Jeff Immelt and Angela Ahrendts respectively - not to mention our own Marc @Benioff.
The theme this year is "Touch the Social Enterprise" and it takes up where last year's Dreamforce left off introducing the concept. This year, you'll be able to actually experience what many of our customers are already able to do by putting into practice the ideas and strategies discussed at last year's conference. In more than 650 sessions, you'll be able to learn how to make your own transition to a Social Enterprise from those that have already begun.
But alongside all the learning, you'll get to rock out at an exclusive gig with The Red Hot Chili Peppers - the Grammy Award-winning outfit famous for tracks like "Under the Bridge", "Californication" and "Give it away" (check out this great Spotify playlist).
The Dreamforce Keynotes are always gripping and this year will be no different. You'll hear from Virgin boss and inspirational Businessman Richard Branson who's own vision for the future is literally out of this world as he prepares to jet into space next year with Virgin Galactic.
Salesforce.com CEO Marc Benioff will host a fire-side chat with former Secretary of State General (retired) Colin Powell. The two are old friends dating back to before Marc founded salesforce.com and the event promises to be one of those once-in-a-lifetime experiences like in 2010 with Bill Clinton.
With the kind of vision and insight you can expect to hear from leaders like Burberry CEO Angela Ahrendts (who wowed everyone at last year's keynote), General Electric boss Jeff Immelt and superstar motivator Tony Robbins - you have to ask yourself: why are still reading this and not already booking your flights!
