Cloudforce is all about social... after all the event is called the 'Social Enterprise Tour' but if social isn't really something you've got your head around yet, then we have carved out an area of our Expo to create a space where delegates can take some time to get across the subject of social media and networking and what it can do business.
We want to help organisations transform themsleves into using social media to drive innovation and connect with their customers and employees.
There are three elements to the lounge that will assist visitors get a better handle on this all pervasive topic.
Observe what people are saying on Twitter, Facebook & LinkedIn
The panel screens at the back of the lounge will display the social conversations around the Twitter hash tag #Cloudforce. One of the screen will show the "River Of News" - which is conversation stream in real time as it happens across many media channels including Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn; while on the other screens there will be Radian6 dashboard summaries that will slice and dice the content in posts to show sentiment, gender divide, keywords etc.
Grab yourself a New Avatar
You may be wondering why there is a photographer sitting in the middle of the lounge? If you're ready to go, a photographer will be on hand to help give your social profile (also referred to a an avatar) a make-over. Tweet this Tip.
Speak to someone about Social Media Strategies
Inside the lounge area will be Radian6 experts who can provide free advise on your social media strategies, both personal and business.
Attend a 15min Masterclass
Finally, 8 third party experts will stop by the lounge to provide 15 minute masterclasses on all things social; from best use of blogging, Facebook or LinkedIn to guidance on community management, social analytics and crisis management.
