Cecily Ng leads the Singapore business at Salesforce as Area Vice President and General Manager of Singapore.

If any one thing has been made certain this year, it’s that business won’t be going back to business as usual.

The COVID-19 pandemic has fundamentally changed the way we work and connect. What was once considered the future of work is here now. We’re all being challenged to make sense of these times, and to think differently about how we work going forward.

That’s why we’re launching the Future of Work, Now podcast series. Airing on Singapore Community Radio (SGCR) and its social channels, this weekly podcast will feature people and businesses leading with purpose, changing the way we work, giving back to our communities, and making them stronger.

Through conversations with these thought-provoking guests, we aim to shed light on the issues that are becoming more prevalent in our society. We also hope to inspire you and spark ideas about the world in which we live and work.

The podcast series will run over four seasons:

Season one: Business as a Platform for Change

Today, we face multiple crises: a health crisis, an economic crisis, a climate crisis, a crisis of racial injustice, a leadership crisis, and a crisis of trust. This season will feature both companies and individuals who are leading with their values.

Hosted by Asha Popatlal, Director, asha.pop communications and former broadcast journalist with Channel News Asia.

Season two: All-Digital, Work From Anywhere World

During the pandemic, we’ve learned how to sell, service, and market from anywhere and it has become clear not everyone will be going back to the office.

In this season, we will look at the dynamics of a hybrid work culture that enables employees to work from anywhere and any device. We will explore areas such as new workplace design, mental health and resiliency, and what this new “working from anywhere” model really means for some parts of the world.

Hosted by Haikel Fahim, Head of Southeast Asia, Telum Media, and host of the Ironing Board Podcast.

Season three: Digital Imperative

For companies in every industry, connecting to customers through digital channels is more important than ever before. This season will highlight how businesses are responding to a world in which transformation has become a matter of survival.

Hosted by Simone Heng, keynote speaker on the Human Connection and former broadcaster.

Season four: Tech in Hyperspeed

As businesses become more digital and have more online interactions with customers, companies have an explosion of data at their fingertips. This season will explore how to unlock, understand, and act on insights from that data. We will also take a forward look at the technology we can expect to see in the future.

Hosted by Jess O’Reilly, Regional Vice President for Salesforce.

Season one begins on Friday, November 13

We are excited to launch season one and spark conversations about the future and how to drive meaningful change. Join us to hear from our incredible guests, including:
